XL Video supplies Screen for Trafalgar Square Festival & Olympic Live Site

XL Video UK has just supplied an 85 square metre Lighthouse R7 LED screen and dual video/TV playback system for three weeks in London’s Trafalgar Square.

XL Touring Video and Motley Crue do Cruefest 2008

On April 15, 2008, a press conference was hosted by Motley Crue, announcing the start of their Crue Fest tour, which kicks off July 1, 2008 and wraps up the first leg on August 31, 2008. This tour is expected to extend into 2009. Along with Motley Crue, the “Crue Fest” will feature Papa Roach, Buckcherry, SIXX-AM, and Trapt.

After being on tour for 6 months, Foo Fighters performed 3 UK stadium shows. The 86k capacity Wembley Arena sold out immediately for June 6th & 7th and proved to be their biggest shows ever. The City of Manchester date of June 2nd was added to accommodate the demand of the U.K. fans and was another full house, which like the Wembley Shows sold out in minutes. Over 230,000 happy fans in less than 3 days.
